3 cups of basic cake mix
1/4 cup of dark chocolate morsels
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3/4 cup of cold water

In a 20cm round cake pan, mix the cake batter and dark chocolate morsels well
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and cold water
Mix thoroughly, scraping the sides of the cake pan
Bake in a moderate preheated oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let it cool in the cake pan
If desired, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar
Serves 4 to 6 people.
