1 1/2 cups cooked meat, cut into strips
1/4 cup butter
1 stalk of fine-cut green onion
1 large onion, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 minced garlic clove
1 tablespoon English Worcestershire sauce
2 cups cooked rice
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 cups cooked meat, cut into strips

Melt the butter, then add the green onion, onion, and parsley
Stir well
Add the garlic
Combine the Worcestershire sauce, cooked meat, tomato, rice, and cooked egg mixture
Mix well
Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally
A few minutes before serving, break in the remaining eggs over the mixture and stir rapidly
Add the chopped cilantro and serve immediately
Serves 4-6.
