3 celery stalks, cut into strips
1 carrot, peeled and julienned
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
1/2 green bell pepper, cut into cubes
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of soy sauce (shoyu)
1/2 cup of sake
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 package of yakissoba noodles, cooked according to the package instructions

Heat the butter in a pan and cook the beef and chicken
Add the scallions, celery, carrot, bell peppers, and cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally
In a bowl, mix together the water, soy sauce, sake, and cornstarch
Dissolve the cornstarch
Add the mixture to the cooked ingredients and stir until thickened
Add the noodles and stir
Serve immediately
