6 oz of lamb fillet

50g of cooked zucchini

Heat a non-stick skillet, melt the margarine and cook the lamb fillet for 8 seconds per side
Let it cool down
Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and make it very thin
In the center of the pastry, place the lamb, roll up, and brush with egg yolk
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 6 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown
Remove the tips and cut into three slices. Reserve
Steam the broccoli and spinach for 6 minutes
Blend the vegetables, cooked potato, and a pinch of salt in a blender
Serve with lamb and garnish with cooked zucchini.
