Grease four 7 cm ramekins with butter. Reserve
In a large bowl, mix well all the ingredients except for the orange jelly. Reserve
Place 1 tablespoon of orange jelly at the bottom of each ramekin and distribute the ricotta mixture evenly among them
Bake in a microwave on high for 3 minutes
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
Cautiously, run a knife around the edges of each ramekin to loosen it and unmold onto a serving plate
