1 Prepare four molds, each measuring 7 cm in diameter, and line the bottom with a circle of parchment paper measuring the same size
Set aside. Reserve
2 Process all the ingredients or blend them in a blender until you get a smooth and even mixture
Distribute the mixture evenly among the molds, pressing it firmly into place with your fingers
3 Remove from the molds by running a knife around the edges of each morsel
Discard the parchment paper and serve with the apricot preserve and apricots.
