7 tablespoons of oil
Mashed garlic (4 cloves)
2 small onions, chopped
Cubed chicken breast (700g)

One cup green part of scallion, cut into 3cm pieces
1 pinch of salt

Fry the cashews quickly in 2 cm of oil at medium heat, just until golden brown
Let them drain on paper towels
Do the same with the paprika, starting to turn golden
Remove with a slotted spoon, let it drain and cut into thick slices
Heat a large pan over low heat with 7 tablespoons of oil
Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant
Then add the onions and cook until softened
Add the chicken breast and soy sauce
Stir occasionally until the meat is cooked through
Add the scallion, cashews, and fried paprika
Season with salt and stir well
Remove from heat and serve still warm
