2 chicken breasts, boneless (1/2 kg or more) partially frozen

1 red pepper cut into strips
1 green pepper cut into strips

Cut the chicken breast into strips about 5 x 1/2 cm
Sprinkle with cornstarch and salt
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet
Add the chicken and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally
Remove from the skillet and reserve
Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the skillet
Add the ginger and fry for 1/2 minute
Add the peppers and fry for an additional 1 1/2 minutes
Add the sauce and chicken, cooking carefully until the sauce thickens
Remove the ginger and serve immediately
Serves 4.
