Wash and clean the chicken
Cut it up and place it in a refrigerator to reserve
Mix the onion soup with salt and coat each piece of chicken in that mixture
Return it to the refrigerator and let it rest covered with plastic wrap for 1 hour
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Glaze the orange juice and drizzle it over each piece of chicken
Sprinkle with half the grated cheese and put it in the oven
Roast for approximately 45 minutes
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining cheese
Return it to the oven and roast for another 5 minutes
Serve immediately, decorated with orange slices and parsley
