Melt the butter or margarine and coat the chicken
Sift together flour, salt, paprika, and yeast
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter or margarine, chopped olives, and 1/4 cup of flour
Pour the mixture into a refractory mold
Place the chicken pieces in the mixture, leaving space between each piece for the mixture to rise
Bake in the oven for 1 hour, or until the chicken and mixture are cooked through
