4 medium onions, finely chopped

2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Marine salt to taste

Divide the chicken into two parts and grill it
Reserve it, keeping it warm
Fry the onion in olive oil until it starts browning
Add the carrot, mix well, and add water
Cover the pan, lower the heat, and cook until the carrot is tender but not mushy
Add soy sauce and season with marine salt to taste
Serve with the chicken
