250 g of ground beef
2 tablespoons (teaspoons) of paprika
salt to taste
1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of cornmeal
4 teaspoons of active dry yeast
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 cups of fresh or canned corn, drained
250 g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
250 g of ground beef

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Cook the ground beef in a medium skillet over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes or until it loses its red color
Add paprika and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Cook for an additional minute
At this point, mix together flour, cornmeal, yeast, and salt to taste
Add eggs, milk, and melted butter, mixing well
Combine with the corn
Place half of the dough in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, top with ground beef, and cover with cheese
Top with the remaining dough and place in the oven
Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Let it rest for 8-10 minutes before serving.
