1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of butter
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper

5 onion rings
1/2 cup of margarine
100g of grated cheese
1 can of heavy cream
3 eggs
1 can of whole milk
Salt to taste

Dough: mix the ingredients quickly with your fingertips until a dough forms
Butter and flour the sides and bottom of a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork
Set aside
Filling: melt the margarine, add the onions and sauté for two minutes
Turn off the heat and combine the cheese, stirring well and set aside
Blend in a blender the heavy cream, eggs, milk, and salt
Remove from the blender and combine with the onions
Mix well and pour into the prepared tart pan
Bake in a medium oven until the surface is golden.
