Furnish a greased mold with the tart dough, piercing the bottom with a fork
Bake the smoked bacon or bacon in slices until golden brown
Lay it on top of the dough and cover with mozzarella cheese in slices
Beat the eggs with milk and season with salt and pepper
Lay it on top of the bacon and cheese and put it in the oven at high heat for about 30 minutes

Mix quickly flour, butter or margarine, salt, and water
