Rub the chicken thoroughly with oregano, brush with olive oil and grill for 35 to 40 minutes
Meanwhile, season it with your own preferred seasoning
Serve with a salad of salted lettuce, arugula, or radish, seasoned with:
1 tablespoon of yogurt
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley or chives
You can use other leafy greens for the salad, obviously
Experiment with various combinations of green vegetables that go well with this dressing.
