8 leaves of cabbage, cut into thin strips

Heat half the olive oil in a pan and sauté the ginger until golden brown
Remove the ginger and set aside
In the same pan, heat the remaining olive oil and sauté the chicken until cooked through
Add the soy sauce, onion, and cook until the onion is soft
Add the cabbage and ginger, stir well, cover, and turn off the heat
Serve immediately.
