In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, two eggs, the cheese, and the wheat flour until it forms a ball that can be rolled
Season with salt and black pepper and, using your hands, roll the croquettes
Beat the remaining egg and coat the croquettes in the beaten egg and rounder's flour to bread them
Heat the oil and fry the croquettes slowly
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
