Mix the first 7 ingredients well
Make the meatballs not too small and coat them with flour
Peel, wash, and cut the sweet potatoes into 4 to 5 pieces each
Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker and caramelize the onion
Add the sweet potatoes, tomatoes, meatballs, salt, pepper, and water without stirring
Close the pressure cooker
When the valve starts moving, cook for 5 minutes
Let it cool for 5 minutes
Finish cooling under cold running water
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley
