Cut the chicken breast into thin strips
Dust quickly with flour
Melt the butter or margarine in a skillet, stir and fry the chicken strips until golden brown
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Remove the chicken pieces
Dissolve the cornstarch in the broth, add 0.5 teaspoon of salt and grated lime peel
Pour into the skillet and cook constantly, scraping the bottom of the skillet until the sauce thickens and bubbles
Lower the heat and cook for 3 minutes
Add the chicken pieces and raisins
