1 kilogram of cooked macaroni pasta
Cream:
2 tablespoons (tablespoon) of milk
2 rounded tablespoons (tablespoon) of wheat flour
3 eggs
1 tablespoon (tablespoon) of butter
3 tablespoons (tablespoon) of grated cheese
3 egg whites
Salt
1 kilogram of cooked macaroni pasta

Make a cream with all the ingredients listed, except for the whipped egg whites
Combine the cream with the cooked macaroni pasta and mix well
Then add the whipped egg whites and pour into a greased mold (butter)
Bake in a water bath
When serving, unmold and place on top and sides with the chicken in sauce (recipe to follow).
