Place milk, salt, and butter in a saucepan
Bring to a boil, then remove from heat
Add all-purpose flour gradually, stirring constantly
Return to heat, stirring always, until the mixture forms a ball that releases from the saucepan
Put the dough on a floured surface, let it cool slightly, and knead for 2 minutes
In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, processed cheese, and ricotta cheese
Make small balls with the dough and fill them
Coat in all-purpose flour, egg white, and finally, crescent roll flour
Fry in hot oil until golden.
