Mix the cheese with the minced garlic, chopped onion, and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Form 3 rolls with the dough
Place each roll in one of the crepes and wrap them
Dip the crepe in the remaining parsley and refrigerate for 1 hour, approximately
Cut the crepe into pieces while still frozen
Thread the pieces onto skewers
Serve when the cheese is at room temperature.
