For the white sauce:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30 g)
2 cups milk (480 ml)
1/2 teaspoon salt
A pinch of nutmeg
For the tomato sauce:
1 can of crushed tomatoes (400 g)
3 slices of smoked bacon (45 g), diced
2 chicken bouillon cubes (24 g)
1/2 cup water (120 ml)
200 g pre-made lasagna, 10 slices of ham (200 g), and 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (200 g)
For the white sauce:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30 g)

200 g pre-made lasagna, 10 slices of ham (200 g), and 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (200 g)
Prepare the white sauce: In a medium pan, combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened (about 5 minutes)
Remove from heat and reserve
Prepare the tomato sauce: In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Reserve
Preheat oven to 180°C (medium)
Spread 1/3 of the tomato sauce in the bottom of a 19 cm x 31 cm baking dish
Cover with half the lasagna, then spread another 1/3 of the tomato sauce on top
Cover with half the ham, sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese, and finally spread half the white sauce on top
Repeat the layering sequence starting from the lasagna, sprinkling with mozzarella at the end
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake in a preheated oven until the filling is soft (about 30 minutes)
Serve immediately
