Cook the gravatinha pasta in a large pot with boiling water according to the manufacturer's instructions
While that's cooking, heat the olive oil and caramelize the garlic
Add the chopped tomatoes, anchovies, and cook for five minutes
Next, add the olives and stir well; remove from heat
Add the parsley leaves, season with salt, and mix well
Drain the pasta and serve with the hot sauce and grated cheese.
