21/2 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup chopped hot sauce
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
300g sliced shiitake mushrooms
8 cooked lasagna leaves, cut in half (see page 87)
2 finely minced garlic cloves
1 medium finely minced onion
21/2 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup chopped hot sauce
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
300g sliced shiitake mushrooms
8 cooked lasagna leaves, cut in half (see page 87)
2 finely minced garlic cloves
1 medium finely minced onion
In a medium skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in butter, stirring occasionally
Add the mushrooms and vinegar
Cover and cook for 4 minutes
Add the hot sauce, salt, and heavy cream
Still covered, let simmer for 1 minute
Place two lasagna halves on each plate
Top with sauce, then add another two lasagna halves
Regulate with more sauce and serve.
