Dissolve the yeast in warm water with a pinch of salt
In a bowl, place 3 cups of flour and make a depression in the center
Add the dissolved yeast mixture and mix to form a dough
Transfer it to a surface and add the remaining flour
Knead well, place in a bowl, cover, and let rise for an hour in a protected place
Lower the dough and, on a floured surface, open it to 1 cm thickness with the help of a roller
Place it in a greased baking sheet and top with seasoned tomatoes and garlic, then drizzle with olive oil
Bake in a preheated oven (250°C) for 30 minutes, or until the dough is cooked
It should be lightly browned
Brush with olive oil and serve
