Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (400°F)
A little bit of lard, grease a pizza pan about 30 cm in diameter
In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt
As you add the water, mix with a wooden spoon until you get a soft dough
Place the dough in the prepared pan and use your hands to shape it into a flat disk
If necessary, dampen your hands with cold water to prevent the dough from sticking to them
Baste the dough with melted butter and spread it evenly using the back of a spoon
Mix the wheat germ and sesame seeds and sprinkle them over the surface of the bread
Bake until the bread is golden brown, firm, and starts to separate from the sides of the pan
Serve warm or at room temperature
This bread also freezes well
This bread recipe makes a 30 cm diameter loaf.
