Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the onion is soft
In a bowl, combine the mushroom, crumbled bread, egg, and sautéed onion mixture
Mix well and season with salt
Divide the mixture into six portions
Grease a non-stick surface with oil and shape each portion into a patty
Model each patty to obtain a burger
Grease a non-stick skillet with oil and cook the burgers over low heat until they are golden brown on both sides
Serve.
