1 cup of canned tuna (or 1 can)

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro

Mix the ingredients delicately with a fork, stirring from bottom to top, to avoid crushing the fish pieces
Adjust the seasoning to your taste
Pour the mixture into a refractory ceramic plate (or pyrex) greased with butter
Sprinkle chopped hard-boiled eggs on top
Bake in a regular oven (180°F) for 30 minutes
When serving, spread melted butter over the entire crust and garnish with 1/2 cup of toasted almonds cooked in boiling water
Serve very hot
