In a large skillet, cook the meats with the onion until the meat is browned and the onion is soft
Add the tomato puree, corn, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes more
Preheat the oven to hot (200°C)
Prepare the dough and shape into a rectangle
Place the meat mixture, still warm, in an oval-shaped baking dish of 29cm x 20cm
Cover with the dough and create a wavy border
Bake for 30-35 minutes
Yield approximately 4 to 6 portions.
