500g of cornmeal flakes
1 cup of chicken livers diced
1 cup of collard greens finely chopped
1 onion diced
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of melted butter
Salt and black pepper to taste

Sauté the onion in oil until soft
Add the chicken livers and cook until they're also soft
Add the collard greens and stir for 5 minutes over low heat
Add the cornmeal, melted butter, salt, and pepper
Cook until the cornmeal fritter is crispy
Serve hot with a ham.
