Spread the onion and butter at the bottom of a medium saucepan
Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until the onion is soft, stirring occasionally
Add the beef strips, cover and cook in the same pot for 7 minutes or until the beef is tender, stirring occasionally
Add the remaining ingredients and microwave for an additional minute to heat through
Remove and serve immediately
