2 tablespoons soy sauce (shoyu)
For the tomato sauce
1 can of crushed tomatoes (400g)
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
4 hamburger buns (200g)
200g sliced mozzarella cheese
Fresh lettuce and parsley leaves (for serving)

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until a homogeneous mass forms
Divide the mixture into four parts
Grease a cookie cutter with oil, 9 cm in diameter
Place one part of the mixture in the cookie cutter and press to form a hamburger patty
Remove from the cutter and reserve
Repeat the process for the remaining hamburger patties
Heat soy sauce in a refractory dish, 25 cm in diameter
Arrange the hamburger patties and flip them over to cover with the sauce
Cook in a microwave oven at high power until soft (about 5 minutes). Reserve
Prepare the tomato sauce: In a large refractory dish, combine crushed tomatoes from a can with its liquid
Blend with a fork
Add salt and olive oil, and blend again
Heat in a microwave oven at high power for about 5 minutes
Remove from the microwave and add paprika
Cut one of the hamburger buns in half
Place 1/4 of the tomato sauce on one half and top with one reserved hamburger patty
Dollop 1/4 of the mozzarella cheese on top of the hamburger patty
Assemble the remaining sandwiches similarly
Heat the assembled sandwiches in a microwave oven at high power until the cheese melts (about 1 minute)
Serve on four plates, topped with the remaining hamburger bun halves and accompanied by fresh lettuce and parsley leaves
