1 can of tuna in oil
5 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of milk
2 teaspoons of prepared seasoning (fondor)
Salt to taste

1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of crushed cream crackers
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion
Add the carrot and tuna and cook for three minutes
In another skillet, fry the flour in butter and add the milk, stirring until it thickens and boils
Add the prepared seasoning, salt, and nutmeg. Reserve
Preheat the oven to high temperature
Combine the heavy cream and reserved tuna, mixing well
Place in a refrigerator or individual casings greased with oil
Sprinkle with crackers and Parmesan cheese
Bake for 30 minutes.
