In a bowl, mix together the paprika and flour to coat the meat

In a pressure cooker, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Brown the short ribs

Add the onion, garlic, and beef broth
Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes over low heat

Let the pressure release naturally, then open the lid and add the abobora and savoy cabbage leaves
