1 and 1/2 kg of cod

1/2 bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon of coriander
1/2 teaspoon of scallions
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of butter
1 and 1/2 cups (American type) of wheat flour
500 ml of milk
1/2 bunch of broccoli (as the flowers)
1 kg of potato without skin
125 g of mozzarella cheese in thin slices
2 and 1/2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 and 1/2 kg of cod

Step 1
Soak the cod in water for a day or two
In a pot, bring the water and cod to a boil
Clean and flake the cod, reserve the water
In a blender, blend the tomato, bell pepper, coriander, scallions, salt, and two onions, forming a thick sauce
Mix with the cod
Step 2
Again in the blender (clean cup), blend the remaining onion, butter, milk, and flour until well mixed
Slice the potato into wedges and then into four pieces
Cook the potato and broccoli in the water from boiling the cod
Step 3
In a heatproof dish, assemble the layers of the dish in the following order and to complete the entire dish: white sauce, potato, cod, broccoli
Cover with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Parmesan
Bake in medium oven to gratinate.
