1/2 kg of mignon fillet steak cut into steaks

2 tablespoons (heaping) of brown sugar
2 cups water
250 g of ham slices
250 g of mozzarella cheese slices
4 chopped onions
4 peeled tomatoes
2 tablets (100 g each) of butter
2 glasses of whiskey
2 spoons of wheat flour
oil for greasing the form

Season the steaks and coat them well with flour
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and fry the steaks very well
In a medium saucepan, combine the remaining butter, onions, and tomatoes
After they're well browned, add whiskey and water if needed to obtain a thick sauce
In another smaller saucepan, cook the brown sugar until it turns golden and caramelized
Arrange the steaks and ham slices in a baking dish
Drizzle with the whiskey sauce
Cover with the caramelized glaze
Finally, top with mozzarella cheese slices
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and starts to bubble.
