Season the beef steaks with salt, black pepper, and parsley
Place them in a baking dish
Add the milk and onion slices
Let it rest for 1 hour
Preheat the oven to moderate heat (180°C), brush the beef with olive oil, and bake for 45 minutes
Meanwhile, fry the potatoes in hot oil
About 5 minutes before removing the beef from the oven, arrange the potatoes on top of the beef and let it finish baking
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the potatoes with salt
Serve immediately
