In a medium skillet, combine the chicken, salt, onion, olive oil, and butter
Cook over high heat until the chicken is opaque (about 10 minutes)
Add in the tomato puree, English-style gravy mix, and the flour mixed with milk
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the gravy thickens slightly
Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and serve.
