1 1/4 kg of Ground Lean Beef
2 cups of whole wheat breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup (of tea) of strong coffee
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of mustard
4 slices of cheddar cheese

Mix the beef, breadcrumbs, and eggs
Mix the coffee, evaporated milk, and chopped onion
Let it rest for a few minutes and then combine with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard
Mix well
Place in a 25 cm diameter tart mold
Bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour
Cut the cheddar cheese slices in half diagonally and place around the cake
Put in the oven only to melt and slightly brown the cheese
Serve 8-10 portions.
