Cut the chicken into pieces
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and brown the chicken pieces, turning them frequently
Add the tomatoes, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; stir well
Pour in the wine and tomato puree; stir
Cover the skillet and reduce heat; cook for 25 minutes or until the chicken is tender
If it becomes too dry, add a little chicken broth; simmer for another 10 minutes
