Wash the radicchio leaves with fresh water and let them dry
Next, slice the brie cheese into pieces about 0.5 cm thick
Toast the ciabatta loaf in a preheated electric oven at 180°C until its surface is crispy
Remove it from the oven and cut it in half
Distribute the slices of brie cheese on both halves of the bread and place it open again in the oven
As soon as the cheese is melted and creamy, remove it from the oven
On the lower half, place the radicchio leaves, season with threads of olive oil, and cover with raw prosciutto
Then, place the top part of the bread with warm brie, slice it diagonally, and serve.
