Whisk together the beaten eggs and melted butter (or margarine)
Add the all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and grated cauliflower
Mix well
Divide the mixture evenly among 12 muffin tin cups, without greasing
Bake in a moderate oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown
If desired, substitute cauliflower with zucchini
Yield: 12 Cauliflower Morsels
