2/3 cup of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
1 cup of cooked and pureed beef

6 cups of all-purpose flour or enough to obtain a firm dough (900g)
1/2 teaspoon of melted butter or margarine
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of milk

Dissolve the yeast in warm water
Mix the still-warm scalded milk, butter or margarine, sugar, salt, and pureed beef into a dough
Let it cool and add the dissolved yeast
Mix well and add the eggs
Add enough flour to obtain a firm but pliable dough
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and work it with your hands
Put it in a bowl and let it rise for 30 minutes
Baste with melted butter or margarine, cover it well, and refrigerate until ready to use (up to 4 days)
One hour before baking, remove from the refrigerator, shape as desired, re-cover, and let rise for another hour
Baste with a mixture of egg yolk and milk
Place in a greased baking dish and bake in a hot oven (200°C) for 15-20 minutes
Yield: 4-5 little pies
After baking, it can be stored in the refrigerator or at room temperature for up to 4 days
Warm slightly in the oven before serving.
