3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the ham
Cook for 1 minute
Stir well
Add the mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Add the cream of milk without scum and simmer over low heat
Add the Parmesan cheese and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until a thick sauce forms
While that's cooking, cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions
Drain and serve with the hot sauce.
