1 chicken cut into pieces
6 tablespoons of butter
1 minced garlic clove
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups of chicken broth (use bouillon cubes)
2 tablespoons of sherry or white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of creamy lemon sauce
1 tablespoon of grated cheese

Dredge the chicken pieces in butter
Remove from pan
Add minced garlic and onion to the remaining butter, and stir well
Remove from heat
Add tomato paste and flour, and mix thoroughly
Add chicken broth, and stir well
Bring to a simmer, then let cook for 45 minutes
Stir in creamy lemon sauce and cheese, and serve warm
Serve hot.
