Dissolve the yeast in a little water
In a large bowl, combine the dissolved yeast, the rest of the water, and the salt
Gradually add the flour and mix until a dough forms
Knead for five minutes and divide into six parts
Open each part into a rectangle and distribute mozzarella cheese and calabrian salami on top of each
Close the rectangles
Use three rectangles to form a train shape and place one in each mold with a hole in the middle, then brush with oil and dust with flour
Let it rest for an hour
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about an hour
Serve warm or cold.
