1 package of your preferred macaroni
500g ground beef
1/2 cup (American) of olive oil
1/4 cup (tablespoon) of butter
1 chopped onion
1 chopped carrot
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 cup (American) red wine
1 cup (tablespoon) tomato sauce
1 cup (tablespoon) water
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 package of your preferred macaroni

Heat the olive oil and butter and sauté the onion, carrot, and celery
Add the ground beef and stir until it loses its red color
Add the wine, tomato sauce, and water
Season with salt and black pepper and cook until the meat is tender
Cook the macaroni in salted water, drain it
and serve with the sauce.
