Beat the egg white until it forms stiff peaks
Add the cold water and beat until well combined
Pour into a saucepan
Add the sugar, brewed coffee, and mix well
Add the boiling water
Let it simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
Let it cool
Strain through a cheesecloth or paper towel
Distribute evenly in two ice baths
Place in the freezer for 3 hours or until partially frozen
Pour 1 tablespoon of whiskey into each of the 6 cups
Topping each cup with whipped cream and coffee mixture.
