1/2 pepper, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste

Heat a non-stick skillet and fry the bacon in its own fat until golden brown
Add the potatoes and fry the slices until they're tender
Add the onion rings and sauté them until they become transparent and tender
Add the pepper and stir for 1 minute
Pour in the beaten eggs, seasoned with salt and black pepper, and cover all the ingredients
Let it cook on one side until golden brown, then flip it over and cook the other side as well
Serve immediately.
